Why doesn't Delaney do anything to prevent the wall around Arroyo Blanco from being built?
Despite his claims of objecting to the building of the wall around the community, as well as Todd Sweet's repeated efforts to get in touch with him to try to organize a campaign against the wall, Delaney does nothing to prevent the wall's construction.
